We launched a Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Computing in 2016. We believe these two are building blocks for being future-ready. The traditional tool and techniques are simply not enough to keep up with the rapid pace of change we are witnessing today. Within distributed computing, we are currently focussing on Spark as the primary tool and believe it will form the backbone of most distributed computing platforms going forward.
Even if companies do not feel their businesses need/ are ready for the advanced machine learning algorithms, we believe they can benefit from the increased accuracy and lower turn around time. As an example, we have seen accuracy improvements of 2 to 5X and execution time deflation of 10-50X when applied to real-life business problems.
